You will support the delivery of Global Entity Compliance services for multinational organisations, working across a range of client engagements, projects, and administrative activities. Collaborating with colleagues and clients across multiple jurisdictions, you will help organisations meet their regulatory obligations, maintain strong governance practices, and operate with confidence in an increasingly complex global environment.Key responsibilitiesSupport the delivery of Global Entity Compliance services for multinational clients across multiple jurisdictions, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, external advisers, legal counsel, and global service delivery teams.Coordinate client engagements, including onboarding, entity lifecycle changes, service transitions, and ongoing compliance activities.Maintain accurate legal entity records and governance data, ensuring quality, compliance, and adherence to service level agreements.Provide support and guidance on corporate governance, statutory compliance, and transaction-related matters.Contribute to business improvement initiatives, projects, and operational activities as required.Support the onboarding of new clients in line with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Assist with a range of administrative and project activities to ensure the successful delivery of client services.Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience using legal entity management and subsidiary governance technology.Knowledge of corporate governance, company secretarial, compliance, or legal administration activities, gained through professional experience and/or on-the-job learning.Previous experience in a company secretarial, legal, governance, or compliance role, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment.Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and best practice guidance to resolve issues and support client requirements.Experience managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.A degree in a relevant field is essential where being a Student or Graduate Member of The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly ICSA) is desirable but not mandatory and support with study is offered.Rewards designed for youFlexible work to help you find the best balance between work and lifestyle.
