In this IT Project Manager role, you join the Technology team in Bristol or Edinburgh, working in the Plans Portfolio Delivery function to drive technology change across global development teams. You will lead diverse, high-visibility initiatives within an agile or hybrid framework, coordinating technical and business stakeholders to deliver on scope, quality and schedule. The role offers collaboration, continuous improvement, and exposure to a global business. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position with opportunities for learning and growth.

Responsibilities
- Deliver projects to defined governance standards (planning, budgeting, risk management, issue resolution, change control)
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, RAID logs, and status reports
- Provide timely reporting to enable informed decisions for stakeholders
- Identify and manage key dependencies across change programs
- Create project approaches, structure, and roles/responsibilities
- Define and manage project scope with business and technical stakeholders
- Lead stakeholder meetings, workshops, and checkpoint forums
- Manage interactions with external partners and suppliers
Key requirements
- Proven history delivering complex IT projects, ideally in an agile environment
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders across business and technology
- Organised, resilient, and able to maintain momentum under pressure
- Demonstrates consistent and reliable delivery
- Risk management experience
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience overseeing IT processes and agile methodologies
