Responsibilities
- Manage a client portfolio and ensure governance and compliance needs are met
- Serve as primary contact for top-tier clients, offering strategic advice and driving growth opportunities
- Resolve client escalations to maintain trust and satisfaction
- Oversee client budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing compliance team
- Ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance standards while mitigating risks
- Support the sales team with pitches, proposals, and market insights
- Provide feedback to improve service processes and liaise across teams to enhance offerings
- Stay informed on governance, compliance and technology developments, partnering with Client Success and GEMS Technology teams
