Find out more about our flexible work culture at computershare.A role you will loveAs one of our Scrum Masters you will be a member of cross-functional scrum teams that develop, deliver, and sustain products across a portfolio of applications. You will coach your teams in our agile ways of working, process and to develop a high performing delivery focused culture. In this role, you will support Product Owners and development teams, highlighting the need for clear and concise backlog items and providing support regarding backlog management and value delivery. You will also support organisation wide agile initiatives as an active contributor to our Global Agile Community. Facilitate scrum events to be purposeful, effective, action oriented and encourage continuous improvement. Knowledge of techniques to support effective Product Goal definition, refinement and Product Backlog management to support delivering value to our customersWhat will you bring to the role? As this is a Scrum Master role within a technical function, you will need to have experience working in a similar role ideally within cross-functional agile teams. Stakeholder management and communication skills will be key for the role, so experience dealing with stakeholders at different levels would be ideal. Of course, this is an agile role, and we are a company that has fully embraced agile ways of working. So, to be successful in this role you will need to come with a true passion for agile software delivery. In-depth knowledge and application of agile principles, frameworks, methodologies and practices.
