Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Operate production machinery in line with Computershare and Manufacturer guidelines.
- Always demonstrate safe working practices and ensure the “Computershare Health and Safety Management” policy is adhered to.
- Ensure quality products are produced 100% of the time in line with system and ISO procedural guidelines; highlight all quality issues to the Team Leader as they arise.
- Achieve specified output figures in line with KPI’s.
- Produce accurate work in a timely manner, understanding that the part you play is integral to the service that is within the clients’ expectations and set KPI’s.
- Take responsibility for the tidiness and cleanliness of the Production facility.
- Work with the Team Leader to ensure the production facility is kept clean and tidy.
- Proactively work with the Management team and Facilities team to ensure HSE standards are maintained.
- Highlight all non-conformances in line with process.
- Ensure data protection compliance at all times.

- Computer skills – good working knowledge of Excel, Word and internet.
- Good communication skills.
- Accurate and numerate.
- English language skills must be excellent as role requires reading of detailed information.
- These are not a necessity as full training will be given.
- We are looking for someone that is keen and has the willingness to learn.
- Forklift truck licence (Counterbalance).
- Supplier certified training – Cut Sheet Ink Jet printing.
- Supplier certified training – Automated envelope enclosing equipment.
The main area of work will be in the Automated envelope enclosing equipment area.
