Gather, analyse, and apply customer insights, feedback, and usage data to inform product decisions, roadmap priorities, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support a modern agile delivery model, promoting iterative development, rapid feedback loops, and a culture of continuous improvement. Conduct and contribute to market, industry, and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for product innovation. Utilise visual prototypes, data-driven insights, and collaborative design approaches to ensure solutions are customer-focused, commercially valuable, and aligned with strategic objectives. EssentialProven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar product-focused role within a software or technology environment, working within Agile delivery frameworks, with a strong understanding of product development and delivery best practices. Stakeholder management exposure to be able deliver successful product outcomes, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data, insights, and sound judgement to make informed decisions and design effective solutions. Experience supporting the full product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering through to delivery, launch, adoption monitoring, and continuous improvement.
