We give you a world of potential

Are you someone who enjoys getting the details right, investigating issues and finding solutions? Do you take pride in delivering accurate work and enjoy working as part of a supportive team? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Plan Specialist - Payments, you'll play an important role in delivering payment services to our clients and plan participants. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative environment where you'll continue to learn, develop your skills and build expertise in a highly regulated and fast-paced business area. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a willingness to take ownership of their work while knowing when to seek support from colleagues.

A role you will love

As a Plan Specialist - Payments, you'll be responsible for processing payment-related activities and supporting the end-to-end administration of employee share plans. You'll investigate and resolve queries whilst maintaining accurate records and ensure transactions are completed in line with established processes and service standards.

Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders across the business, you'll help deliver a high-quality service while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. This role offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to develop your knowledge, take on new challenges and build a rewarding career within a supportive team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing payment transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Investigating and resolving payment queries and discrepancies
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Delivering excellent service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring activities are completed in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Supporting team objectives and service delivery deadlines
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
  • Assisting with system testing and process changes when required
  • Building strong working relationships across the wider business

What will you bring to the role?

We're interested in the person as much as the experience. You'll be detail-oriented, naturally curious and enjoy investigating issues to find the right solution. You'll communicate confidently, build positive relationships and work collaboratively with your team, while taking ownership of your work and knowing when to ask for support.

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to manage priorities and deliver accurate, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Key strengths include:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong investigation and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
  • A positive, proactive approach with a willingness to learn
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in administration, operations, payments, financial services or customer services would be beneficial; however, full training will be provided for the right candidate.
