Computershare has an exciting opportunity for a Tech Lead – Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) to join our team in London, Bristol or Croydon.

As our Tech Lead (UEM), you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Computershare’s UEM solutions, managing endpoints including desktops, laptops, Macs, and mobile devices using Intune to ensure secure and seamless operations. You will report to the Product Owner and lead strategy and execution in digital workspace solutions that boost productivity and collaboration, aligning with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all technical aspects of the organisation’s Unified Endpoint engineering platforms.
  • Develop and execute a global UEM strategy, evaluating innovative solutions to enhance employee experience and productivity.
  • Collaborate with C-level executives to align workspace initiatives with business strategy.
  • Develop change management strategies for smooth adoption of new solutions.
  • Implement continuous improvement processes based on KPIs and user feedback.

Qualifications and Skills

Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar role within a large enterprise environment, especially in financial services. You should be collaborative, with excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and experience with Microsoft and Apple device management platforms like Intune, Azure, Windows 365, Apple Business Manager, and Mac management through Intune. Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell), understanding of CIS Benchmarks, and DevOps experience are desirable.
