Join to apply for the Payments Consultant role at Computershare UK Payments Consultant, 12 month FTC Location: Skipton office-based 1 day a week We have an exciting opportunity for an entry-level Payments Consultant within our Computershare Loan Services business, to join our established team on a 12-month FTC. If you\’re looking to play a vital role in processing payments for our Loans Services customers and ensuring smooth transactional activity, this could be the role for you. Responsibilities Processing outbound and inbound payments Investigating and tracing unidentified payments Banking and posting cheques, posting returned cheques Amending direct debits, invoice payments to third-party suppliers Customer refunds, raising and sending customer cheques Candidate Requirements Good administrative skills and data input experience with attention to detail Financial services background or knowledge of payments, direct debits, or bank payments is preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Adaptability and quick learner of new processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Enthusiastic, committed, with keen attention to detail About Us Computershare (ASX:CPU) is a global leader in financial administration with over 14,000 employees across 21 countries, serving more than 40,000 clients.
