Based in the Edinburgh office at least three days a week with hybrid working options, you will drive learning strategies to enable AI adoption across technology teams and deliver impactful capability-building solutions.
You will partner with leaders and subject-matter experts, shaping learning experiences that support business change, performance outcomes and long-term workforce capability.
