Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to and drive execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment to business outcomes and growth goals.
- Translate problems and jobs-to-be-done into prioritized features, requirements, and backlog items.
- Partner closely with agile delivery teams and internal & external stakeholders to deliver scalable, high‑quality, and valuable software solutions.
- Ensure readiness of solutions and take them to market to deliver on targeted outcomes.
- Collect, analyse, and leverage customer insights, feedback, and usage data to measure outcomes and inform future decision‑making.
- Champion a modern agile delivery model, emphasizing iterative development, rapid feedback loops, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and drive opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance product capabilities, team efficiency, and decision‑making.
- Contribute to ongoing market and competitor analyses.
