Location: Bristol (Onsite). In this position, you\’ll be based in the Bristol office for 5 days a week.

The Team Leader role is a first level supervisory position responsible for managing the day to day activities and workflow of a team of employees responsible for opening, reviewing and document preparation for all incoming mail. The team is also responsible for cash investment preparation, balancing for all optional cash deposits, medallion verifications, certificate balancing, outgoing mail, and interoffice mail.

In this role, you will manage a large team of 10+ whilst also reporting to stakeholders within the business across the globe. This position requires a high level attention to detail as well as people management skills and excellent communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Assigns duties and examines work for conformance to policies and procedures
- Determines work procedures, prepares works schedules and expedites workflow
- Reviews and revises current operating policies to improve efficiency
- Researches and resolves problems to determine root cause and propose corrective actions
- Reviews and reconciles team output and tracks productivity
- Assists subordinates in performing duties
- Other duties or tasks as assigned by management
What will you bring to the role?
- Proven experience working as a Team Leader for 10+ team sizes
- Preferably worked in an operational role and environment previously
- Experience in Risk Oversight would be beneficial but not essential
