A small prestigious international bank has a newly created role for a dynamic new addition to its busy Operations area.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Supporting the Head of Operations, overseeing the day-to-day running of the Operations Back & Middle Office including Payments, Trade Finance & Loans which can include being hands on assisting with processing when required
  • Supervising SWIFT payments processing and reconciliations
  • Verifying Loan origination/documentation
  • Managing Trade Finance activities regarding Guarantees & L/Cs
  • Ensuring completion of all KYC & CDD requirements
  • Generating various operational reports and conducting processes/procedure reviews
  • Leading and training the team, providing staff management support

Your Experience Must Include

  • Proven experience in Operations within banking specifically in SWIFT payments, Guarantees, and Loans Administration
  • Proficiency in Loan documentation processes
  • Demonstrated expertise in staff management
  • Strong teamwork skills with effective written and verbal communication abilities

Please note this role will be working hybrid 3 days a week in the office and 2 days remotely.
