A small prestigious international bank has a newly created role for a dynamic new addition to its busy Operations area.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Supporting the Head of Operations, overseeing the day-to-day running of the Operations Back & Middle Office including Payments, Trade Finance & Loans which can include being hands on assisting with processing when required
- Supervising SWIFT payments processing and reconciliations
- Verifying Loan origination/documentation
- Managing Trade Finance activities regarding Guarantees & L/Cs
- Ensuring completion of all KYC & CDD requirements
- Generating various operational reports and conducting processes/procedure reviews
- Leading and training the team, providing staff management support
Your Experience Must Include
- Proven experience in Operations within banking specifically in SWIFT payments, Guarantees, and Loans Administration
- Proficiency in Loan documentation processes
- Demonstrated expertise in staff management
- Strong teamwork skills with effective written and verbal communication abilities
Please note this role will be working hybrid 3 days a week in the office and 2 days remotely.
