What you’ll do:

• Work within a flat structure, engaging in pair programming, whiteboarding, and joint architecture design
• Ensure every line of code is peer-reviewed and contribute to a culture of continuous learning
• Collaborate with product owners, account managers, and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain application stability
• Participate in sprint planning and help drive value through Scrum practices

What we’re looking for:

• Commercial experience with modern programming languages (PHP, JavaScript, React, or similar)
• Solid understanding of MVC or modern JavaScript frameworks
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative coding practices
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow
• Bonus: Experience with accessibility standards, testing frameworks, and software design best practices
