About the Role

We’re looking for a Service Delivery Consultant (Maritime) to join our team, acting as the first point of contact for our superyacht clients and supporting the delivery of cutting-edge cyber security services.

You’ll work closely with our Cyber Security Consultants based in Corsham and the Isle of Man, helping bridge the gap between maritime operations and cyber resilience. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your knowledge in cyber security while leveraging your maritime expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

  • Conduct scoping calls and understand client needs
  • Liaise with the CEO to confirm payment terms
  • Maintain CRM records in line with ISO9001
  • Prepare contracts and assign consultants
  • Coordinate project delivery and ensure client expectations are met
  • Maintain client communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure timesheets and invoicing processes are completed
  • Support internal and external meetings

Client Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Respond to service enquiries and arrange intro calls
  • Identify opportunities to expand services with new and existing clients
