We’re seeking a proactive and technically skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join an IT Services and Consultancy team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining system health, resolving technical issues, and supporting infrastructure deployments. This is a dynamic position ideal for someone passionate about automation, cloud technologies, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritise and resolve support requests from users.
- Manage IT assets and support onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Monitor system health and optimise performance.
- Deploy updates, fixes, and conduct root cause analysis.
- Automate tasks including reporting and visualisation.
- Support new and existing IT deployments and integrations.
- Provide second-line technical support and build tools to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with teams for documentation and requirements gathering.
