Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and strengthen security operations? Our client is looking for a Senior SOC Analyst to manage a small team delivering 24/7 Security Operations Centre (SOC) services across multiple projects and platforms.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and mentor a team of SOC Analysts
- Monitor systems for security threats and suspicious activity
- Enhance security controls and contribute to RBAC/IDAM initiatives
- Support ISO:27001 compliance and governance standards
- Deliver security awareness training and stakeholder reports
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years in SOC or related technical field
- Strong knowledge of SIEM (Elastic SIEM), Cloud, Threat Intelligence, Networking, IDAM, and ITSM policies
- Proven team leadership experience
Desirable:
- Degree in Computing/Cyber Security
- Certifications: CISMP, CompTIA Security+
- Familiarity with ISO:27001 and governance frameworks
Shift Pattern: 3 days on, 1 day off, 3 nights on, 3 days off, 4 days on, 7 days off, 4 nights on, 3 days off
Location: Farnborough, UK
Clearance: DV Required
