CND is seeking a Public Sector Bid Writer to support our growth through the successful delivery of public sector frameworks and bid submissions. You’ll be the go‑to person for bid and framework activity across the business, coordinating submissions end‑to‑end and producing high‑quality, compliant, and commercially robust responses.
- Coordinating and leading public sector bid and framework submissions
- Writing and editing compelling bid content including executive summaries and technical responses
- Maintaining the CND bid content library (case studies, CVs, templates, standard responses)
- Ensuring all documentation meets governance, legal, and security requirements
- Reviewing feedback to continuously improve bid quality and effectiveness
Proven experience in bid writing, bid coordination, or framework administration is required, along with:
- Experience supporting or working within the public sector
- Commercial awareness and confidence assessing bid viability
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
- Demonstrable experience working with one or more of the following public sector frameworks: Technology Services 4 (TS4), G‑Cloud, Digital Outcomes and Specialists (DOS7)
- Project coordination experience or qualification
- MS Office certifications
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
