Our client is looking for a Scrum Master to help drive customer value through Agile principles and the Scrum framework. You’ll work with multiple Scrum teams alongside Product Owners, Developers, Designers, and fellow Scrum Masters acting as a servant-leader to foster collaboration, creativity, and transparency.
What you’ll do:
- Guide teams in applying Scrum effectively and coach them to focus on outcomes
- Empower teams to be self-managing and remove obstacles to progress
- Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and facilitate planning and Scrum events within timeboxes
- Build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders to promote innovation and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to enhance cross-team alignment and help the wider organisation embrace Agile practices
