Our client is seeking a Scrum Master to help maximise customer value through strong Agile delivery. In this role, you’ll support multiple Scrum teams and work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Designers, and fellow Scrum Masters.
Responsibilities include:
- Coaching teams on effective Scrum practices and helping them stay focused on delivering outcomes.
- Supporting Product Owners with backlog refinement, and facilitating planning sessions and Scrum events within agreed timeboxes.
- Partnering with other Scrum Masters to strengthen cross-team alignment and promote broader organisational adoption of Agile ways of working.
