We're looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to join a logistics environment supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) hosted on AWS.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • WMS Support: Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 incidents, liaise with warehouse users and vendors.
  • AWS Monitoring: Use CloudWatch, EC2, RDS, and Lambda to ensure system uptime and performance.
  • System Maintenance: Patch management, deployments, and proactive health checks.
  • Integration & Tools: Work with APIs, EDI, TMS, ERP, and ServiceNow.
  • Reporting: Use SQL and scripting to generate insights and performance reports.
  • User Training: Support and train warehouse staff and first-line teams.
  • Project Work: Participate in WMS upgrades, UAT, and go-live support.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong WMS experience (Korber, Manhattan, Infor, etc.)
  • Hands-on AWS skills (EC2, RDS, CloudWatch)
  • SQL + scripting (Python, PowerShell)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
