We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PMGM) Consultant to support a major HR transformation programme. This role will focus on the design, implementation, and optimisation of Performance & Goals solutions within a complex enterprise environment.

The successful candidate will have strong end-to-end implementation experience and a proven track record of delivering SuccessFactors solutions across all stages of the project lifecycle. You will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and functional consultants to ensure successful delivery and adoption of the solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PMGM) solutions.
  • Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into scalable system solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to define business processes and requirements.
  • Configure and support PMGM solutions in line with business objectives and SAP best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration with broader HR technology landscapes.
  • Support system testing activities including SIT, UAT, defect management, and go-live readiness.
  • Provide guidance on SuccessFactors product capabilities, enhancements, and roadmap developments.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery throughout all stages of the implementation lifecycle.
  • Support change management, user adoption, training, and post-go-live activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business and project stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PMGM) implementations.
  • Strong end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation experience within enterprise-scale organisations.
  • Experience across requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience leading workshops and working directly with business users and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and performance management frameworks.
  • Experience working within global or multi-country transformation programmes.
  • Ability to work effectively within complex project environments and alongside onshore/offshore delivery teams.
Desirable Skills
  • SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Certification.
  • Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Compensation, Learning or Recruitment.
  • Experience with Qualtrics, SAP Work Zone, or related HR technologies.
  • Previous consulting experience within large-scale HR transformation programmes.

Hybrid working model with 2-3 days onsite per week. Candidates must be eligible for BPSS clearance and SC clearance sponsorship. Strong likelihood of contract extension based on project requirements and performance.
