We’re looking for an experienced Contract Recruitment Consultant to join Computer Futures, SThree’s specialist technology recruitment brand, in our London office. This role focuses on the Data & AI market, one of the fastest-growing and most in-demand areas of technology.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone already working in contract recruitment who is looking for a change — a business with a clear-cut progression structure, strong leadership, and the chance to truly excel in a high-growth market.

You’ll be London-based, working four days per week from our London office, collaborating with high-performing teams while building your own specialist desk.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Building and managing a contract desk within the Data & AI market
  • Developing new and existing client relationships in the London and wider UK market
  • Acting as a trusted recruitment partner to clients
  • Managing the full contract recruitment lifecycle:
  • Business development and market mapping
  • Candidate sourcing and engagement
  • Contract negotiation, onboarding and compliance
  • Growing a strong network of contractors and clients within your niche
  • Providing ongoing contractor care and account management
