I'm working with a Financial Services client seeking a Contract Scrum Master to support multiple Agile squads. This role focuses on Agile delivery, team coaching, and improving reporting and visibility across projects.
Key Information
- Role: Contract Scrum Master
- Location: 90% remote, occasional meet up in London and/or Leeds
- Rate: £475 - £500 per day, Inside IR35
- Contract Length: 6 months initially
- Start Date: ASAP - have to be able to start within a week of offer at the latest.
- Working Arrangements: 40 hours/week
Role Summary
You’ll manage 2-3 Agile squads, facilitate ceremonies, track metrics, and support Agile maturity. You’ll report to a Senior PM and help drive delivery and process improvements.
Skills & Experience
- Strong Scrum Master experience (not just PM with Agile exposure)
- Skilled in Agile delivery, metrics, and stakeholder communication
- Tools: JIRA, Confluence
- Experience in software development environments
