Job Description
The Project Manager – Rebranding will lead and execute a global rebranding initiative for the Grid Automation business. This effort will encompass application firmware, hardware and software platforms, physical casings for products, packaging and all associated documentation to ensure consistency with the GE Vernova brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will be a structured project leader with a strong background in cross-functional team management and change implementation within an industrial, energy, or technology-driven organisation. Experience with branding is not required as the role will partner with the marketing and brand team for guidance.Essential Responsibilities:. Project Leadership & Strategy:o Develop and execute a detailed rebranding roadmap, ensuring alignment with the broader corporate strategyo Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with senior stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration:o Partner closely with marketing, product management, engineering, UX/UI, operations, site leadership, corporate brand teams to drive a unified brand rollouto Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure trademark protection and regulatory adherenceo Work with external agencies and vendors for design, production, and deployment of new branding assets. Change Management & Communication:o Develop and execute an internal and external communication plan to educate employees, customers, and partners on the rebrandingo Set up training and guidance to sales teams and customer-facing functions to ensure smooth adoption of new branding. Execution:o Maintain rigorous project tracking, risk assessment, and issue resolution to keep the project on schedule.Qualifications/Requirements:. 5 years of experience in project management. Experience leading cross-functional teams and working in a matrixed, global organisation. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills. Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar)Desired Characteristics: . PMP or equivalent certification. Familiarity with software UI branding, product labelling, and technical documentation. Experience managing rebranding projects for a B2B technology, industrial, or energy sector company
