Iam seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver capital projects at an Upper Tier COMAH chemical manufacturing site in Oldbury. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the chemical industry, with proven experience managing CAPEX projects in high-hazard environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of CAPEX projects, from feasibility through to commissioning and handover. Ensure compliance with COMAH regulations, site safety standards, and environmental requirements. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, EHS, procurement, and external contractors. Prepare and present project documentation, risk assessments, and progress reports to senior stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement and ensure lessons learned are captured and implemented. Essential Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the chemical or process industries. Strong understanding of Upper Tier COMAH regulations and safety-critical environments. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
