A leading science & technology organization is on the lookout for a Senior Oracle HCM Developer to join their high-impact Oracle HCM Cloud team. �? What You'll Do:
As a key player in the HRIS team, you'll be the go-to expert for Oracle HCM Cloud configuration and design. You'll work closely with global HR teams-Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and more-to deliver smarter, faster, and more efficient HR solutions.
?? Your Mission:
- Support and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Workforce Compensation, Talent Management, ORC, and more.
- Troubleshoot, configure, and optimize systems to meet evolving business needs.
- Lead testing for quarterly releases and ensure seamless user adoption.
- Build reports using OTBI, OBIEE, BI Publisher, and HCM Analytics.
- Develop integrations and HCM Extracts using fast formulas.
- Leverage AI tools to automate and elevate HR processes.

- Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (especially Core HR, Compensation, and Recruiting).
- Strong grasp of HRIS architecture, data structures, and business processes.
