�? What You'll Do:

As a key player in the HRIS team, you'll be the go-to expert for Oracle HCM Cloud configuration and design. You'll work closely with global HR teams-Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and more-to deliver smarter, faster, and more efficient HR solutions.

?? Your Mission:

  • Support and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Workforce Compensation, Talent Management, ORC, and more.
  • Troubleshoot, configure, and optimize systems to meet evolving business needs.
  • Lead testing for quarterly releases and ensure seamless user adoption.
  • Build reports using OTBI, OBIEE, BI Publisher, and HCM Analytics.
  • Develop integrations and HCM Extracts using fast formulas.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate and elevate HR processes.

�? What You Bring:

  • Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (especially Core HR, Compensation, and Recruiting).
  • Strong grasp of HRIS architecture, data structures, and business processes.
  • A knack for problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
