?? Optimise & Enhance: Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules like Core HR, Workforce Compensation, Talent Management, and ORC
??? Build Smart Solutions: Develop integrations, HCM Extracts, and fast formulas to streamline global HR operations
?? Deliver Insight: Create powerful reports using OTBI, OBIEE, BI Publisher, and HCM Analytics
?? Lead Innovation: Use AI tools to automate and elevate HR processes
? Own Quality: Lead testing for quarterly releases and ensure seamless adoption across the business

Proven experience with Oracle HR Systems – Oracle HR, Oracle HCM, or Oracle Fusion
