We’re a global STEM workforce consultancy, connecting brilliant minds with the world’s most innovative companies. Location: Leeds City Centre
Working: Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day home)
Starting Salary: £27,500+ (Higher DOE)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Use digital tools, referrals, and events to find top talent
- Interview and assess candidates to match them with the right roles
- Build your own business - cultivating strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Negotiate offers - Make placements
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (360) from start to finish
