Responsibilities

- Shape and assure the voice architecture across Mitel, AWS‑hosted telephony, and wider cloud voice platforms.
- Work closely with engineering, security, and operations teams to ensure that voice services remain robust, secure, and fit for purpose.
- Drive service reliability and communication resilience.
