Experience required:
- Proven Experience: Solid track record in cloud financial management, with a strong emphasis on driving cost optimisation and reduction.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and their cost‑management capabilities, paired with hands‑on experience using FinOps tools such as CloudHealth, Azure Cost Advisor, and AWS Cost Explorer.
- Exceptional Communication: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to deliver workshops, present insights clearly, and engage effectively with stakeholders at all business levels.
- Cost Governance & Compliance: Experienced in developing and enforcing cloud cost governance frameworks while ensuring adherence to financial and regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled at building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring cloud spend aligns with business priorities.
- Operating at Scale: Experience working within large/public sector organisations and managing cloud cost practices at enterprise scale.
