An experienced SAP Time Management (PT) Functional Consultant is required to support Reward Operations. The role involves designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP Time solutions, working closely with business and technical teams.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to £86 per hour inside IR-35
Location: Hybrid, 3x per week in Broughton, UK
Duration: 7 months+
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements for time & attendance (working time, absences, overtime, shifts).
- Configure SAP Time Management (schemas, rules, time types, absence types, work schedules, holiday calendars).
- Ensure integration with SAP Payroll, OM, and PA.
- Create functional specs and collaborate with ABAP developers on enhancements.
- Lead/support unit, integration, and UAT testing; manage defects.
- Produce system documentation and training materials.
- Provide post–go-live support and user training.
- Identify and drive process and system improvements.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years SAP Time Management configuration and implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of time evaluation, time recording, and Payroll integration.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into system solutions.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience with at least two full SAP implementation lifecycles.
Preferred:
- SAP Time Management certification.
- Experience with SAP HANA Time, xAtlas, or similar tools.
- Project management or team leadership experience.
