We're working with a well-established non-profit organisation that's looking to bring in a Salesforce Administrator to support a major programme of work. This is a fully remote contract running through to October 2027. The focus of the role is a large-scale migration onto Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, alongside ongoing platform optimisation and support for business users.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the migration to Nonprofit Cloud, including data, processes and user adoption
  • Owning day-to-day administration of the platform (user management, permissions, data quality)
  • Building and maintaining Flows to automate processes across fundraising, finance and operations
  • Configuring the system (objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, reports and dashboards)
  • Supporting and optimising Findock for payments, donations and financial reconciliation
  • Troubleshooting issues and providing ongoing platform support to end users

What they're looking for:

  • Salesforce Administrator certification (SCA)
  • Experience with Nonprofit Cloud (NPC)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Flows (including complex / multi-step automation) and Configuration skills
  • Experience working on or supporting a Salesforce implementation or migration project
  • Familiarity with Findock or similar payment integrations within Salesforce
  • Good understanding of data management, reporting and user support
  • Comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders and gathering requirements
