We are looking for an experienced Cloud/Platform Engineer to support our client in designing, building, and evolving their cloud-based innovation platform, enabling the rapid development and deployment of modern technology solutions. This role will focus on engineering secure, scalable, and reusable cloud platforms that support innovation initiatives across the business. You will work closely with Architecture, Security, and Product teams to establish cloud engineering standards, design cloud-native solutions, automate deployments, and deliver robust, production-ready platforms.
The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience across both Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure, with a particular emphasis on GCP. This is a multi-cloud environment, and while Azure expertise is essential, candidates should have deeper experience designing, architecting, and implementing solutions within GCP. You must be able to travel to either the Manchester or London office 1-2 days per week.
