I am looking for an experienced Incident Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support Senior Group and Major Incident Managers on Bronze or Silver Incidents.
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders on incident status, service impact, and actions/timelines.
- Run and document Post Incident Reviews (PIRs) and track actions to completion.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in Group (Business) Incident Management.
- Strong leadership and development skills.
- Understanding of key technologies and applications in banking.

- Banking experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
