We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join a cutting-edge engineering and technology organisation developing complex, innovative products within a highly collaborative R&D environment.
This role offers the opportunity to work across the full product development life cycle, supporting the definition, development, integration and validation of sophisticated engineering systems. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams spanning software, electronics, mechanical and process engineering, helping to ensure robust system-level solutions are delivered.
- Apply systems engineering principles throughout the product life cycle.
- Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges.
- Translate stakeholder and technical requirements into practical engineering solutions.
- Support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across engineering teams.
Proven experience in Systems Engineering within a complex engineering environment. Ability to work effectively across multiple engineering disciplines. Candidates from aerospace, automotive, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, defence, energy, scientific instrumentation or other high-technology sectors are encouraged to apply.
Hybrid working: Typically 3 days per week on-site and 2 days working from home.
Relocation support may be available for suitable candidates.
