We are supporting a client seeking an experienced SAP Time Management (PT) Functional Consultant to support Reward Operations. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes related to time and attendance, and a strong technical background in SAP HCM.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: £86 per hour (Umbrella)
Location: Mostly remote with occasional travel to office in Broughton, UK
- Gather and document business requirements for time & attendance (working time, absences, overtime, shifts).
- Design and configure SAP Time Management (PT) solutions, including time schemas (PE01), time rules (PE02), time types, absence types, work schedules, and public holiday calendars.
- Ensure integration with SAP Payroll, OM, and PA.
- Lead/support unit, integration, and UAT testing; Provide post-go-live support and user training.
- 5+ years SAP Time Management configuration and implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of time evaluation, time recording, and Payroll integration.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into system solutions.
- Experience with at least two full SAP implementation life cycles.
- SAP Time Management certification.
- Experience with SAP HANA Time, xAtlas, or similar tools.
- Project management or team leadership experience.
