Due to winning new contracts, our client is seeking a Water Hygiene Engineer / Water Treatment Engineer based in London to undertake cleans and disinfections, water sampling, descales, flushing and deadleg removals. Experience / Qualifications:

  • Fully versed in ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
  • Successful experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer / Water Treatment Engineer
  • Independent and diligent
  • Skilled in IT software with good literacy and numeracy
  • Travel in line with company requirements
  • Working to set personal targets

The Role:

  • Writing up regular service reports
  • Cleans and disinfections on cooling towers
  • Water sampling
  • Temperature monitoring
  • Cleans and chlorinations on CWST
  • Collecting samples from closed loop systems
  • TMV servicing, repairs and failsafe checks
  • Deadleg removals
  • Using chemicals on main injections
  • Showerhead descales
