Computeam is a specialist Education IT Service provider with a regional base in both the North West and South West of the country. We were founded in 1999 and now work with over 350 schools to provide technical services, installations, advice, training and guidance in the use of technology in the classroom. We\\\’re passionate about improving education outcomes using ICT and we\\\’re seeking committed individuals to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- The successful candidate may be offered full-time employment
- Provide support and advice on a wide range of IT services and technologies, including Microsoft, Google and Apple platforms
- Process/triage incoming requests for support, through the service board, in line with our published SLAs
- Participate in smaller Project work at client sites
- Participate in training as arranged by the Apprenticeship providers
- Monitor service board and progress accordingly
- Provide exceptional Service support to the client
- Provide solution(s)/work around(s) to incidents and problems
- Maintain clear communication to the team and clients
- Assisting account managers by responding to queries regarding sites. Perform any other reasonable duties consistent with the role as required
- Ensure all Tickets and recorded data (e.g. ITBoost) are kept up to date as changes are made
- Escalate issues within the team where necessary
