We are now looking for an Education and Training Consultant to join our world-class company. Candidates must have experience working in Education and be able to demonstrate knowledge or practical experience of digital transformation in the Education sector and be someone who is competent working with clients, customers and colleagues of all levels of seniority.
The role would be predominantly working from home, however, there will be a small amount of travel where in-person visits to schools are required, largely in and around the Midlands area.
Role fundamentals - What youβll do:- Training Delivery: Design and deliver training programmes β remotely and/or in person. Identify, create, and curate training content relevant to both our clients and for staff within the business, focusing on the use of technologies and solutions we provide and support within schools.
- Internal Support: Source opportunities to develop more expansive future content and courses. Create and edit training scripts and demonstration recordings.
- Transformation Consultancy: Meet with clients to assess digital transformation needs. Conduct skills analysis exercises through site visits, audits, observations, and discussion. Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to produce detailed reports back to clients. Design bespoke training solutions and programs which meet the assessed needs while remaining on budget.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, methodologies, and developments in the Education field, and incorporate relevant innovations into training programs.
- A passion for education.
- Experience of planning and leading training sessions within the Education sector.
- Demonstrable knowledge or practical experience of digital transformation in the Education sector.
- Good knowledge of fundamental IT concepts and applications.
- Experience of working with Microsoft, Google and Apple software, or a commitment to the pursuance of personal CPD requirements in these areas.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Certificate in Education, or PGCE or Diploma in Education (QTS desirable).
