This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in large-scale transformation initiatives within a globally recognised law firm. You’ll work alongside business stakeholders, project teams, and testing leads to ensure that new systems and processes meet business needs and deliver real value. Job Type: Initial 6 month contract

Working Arrangement: Remote

Office Location: Central London

Day Rate: Up to £500/day (outside IR35)

The Role:

  • Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) aligned to evolving business requirements
  • Translate business requirements into clear test scenarios and scripts
  • Support and guide business users throughout the UAT process
  • Execute test cases and accurately record results
  • Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution
  • Participate in defect triage sessions and support prioritisation
  • Validate test outcomes with business stakeholders
  • Maintain comprehensive test evidence and documentation for audit purposes
  • Assist in producing UAT reports and sign-off documentation
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices within the transformation team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in User Acceptance Testing within transformation or system implementation projects
  • Experience working within a law firm or legal sector
  • Strong ability to design and execute test cases based on business requirements
  • Familiarity with test and defect management tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across business and technical teams
  • Ability to quickly understand new systems, processes, and requirements
  • Prior experience in legal or financial services environments is advantageous
