Your key role will be a customer facing support role providing up to L1 technical and process support by using various technology to help diagnose and remediate reactive requests from customers of the company. Responsibilities: Being able to use customer provided tools to handle inbound and outbound contact with users via phone, email, chat, while documenting troubleshooting to resolve the issue or escalate to second line teams within the required timescale. Managing support tickets to ensure these have been updated and resolved as per procedure Understand and respond to feedback from ticket quality reviews.
