Job Summary: We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing IT services provider seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in domain-separated ITSM environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge in platform configuration, workflow automation, and integration development, combined with the ability to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions. You will be instrumental in managing platform health, driving automation initiatives, and supporting both internal operations and customer implementations while ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage platform health, stability, and performance across internal and customer ServiceNow instances
- Design and develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and automation solutions using Flow Designer
- Lead platform upgrades, patches, and integrations while ensuring ITIL compliance and best practices
- Build custom applications, Service Catalogue items, and Service Portal enhancements to improve user experience
- Create reports and dashboards to track KPIs and provide technical guidance on ServiceNow roadmap initiatives
- Act as a technical escalation point and liaison between customers, IT teams, and operational units
Qualifications and Requirements:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) with 3+ years of hands-on development experience
- Strong expertise in Domain Separated ITSM environments and managing complex integrations
- Strong development in JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with CMDB, Asset Management, Service Portal development (HTML/CSS/AngularJS), and workflow automation
- Proven track record managing upgrades, troubleshooting complex issues, and stakeholder communication
- ITIL awareness with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
