ServiceNow Configuration Management Lead-fully remote

Join a leading IT consultancy as an Asset and Configuration Management Lead to drive the design and implementation of robust IT asset and configuration management processes within their ITSM framework, delivering value in a dynamic MSP environment. Define and implement Asset & Configuration Management processes and policies. Configure CMDB and asset modules in collaboration with ITSM tooling teams. Establish lifecycle processes for hardware and software asset management. Ensure software license compliance and accurate CMDB data through audits. Create reports and dashboards on asset utilization and configuration data. Train teams on asset and configuration management best practices. ITIL v4 certification with strong knowledge of ITIL principles. Proven experience leading large-scale Asset & Configuration Management initiatives. Expertise in CMDB, Software Asset Management (SAM), and ServiceNow.
