Join a leading IT Consultancy as a Service and Proposition Development Manager to drive technical adoption, innovation, and practice growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product and Service Development: Working closely with the CTO and Group Forum to understand demand for new/updated propositions and be the lead design resource for the development lifecycle. Leading and delivering solution and service design activities for new products and services within the Modern Workplace Practice.
  • Customer & Market Engagement: Acting as a trusted technical advisor, whilst maintaining strong industry expertise and alignment across Modern Workplace industries to understand current and incoming regulatory, competition or market pressures that will inform the Modern Workplace Practice strategy and existing customer requirements. Conducting briefings, presentations, workshops to educate customers on technology trends and best practices. Gathering customer feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Sales & Business Development Support: Collaborating with sales teams and support pre-sales activities. Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Technology Leadership & Strategy: Building and developing relationships with key partners, vendors and industry influencers.

Experience/Skills Required:

  • 10+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, i.e. CTO, Solutions Architect, with relevant industry alignment.
  • Strong experience in End User Computing, Cloud, M365, Co-Pilot, AI, Virtual Desktop and other Modern Workplace Technology.
  • Good experience working in customer-facing roles, i.e. pre-sales, consulting, or business development.
  • Strong expertise of enterprise IT environments, i.e. architectures, infrastructure, and security and business transformation.
  • Demonstrable experience to engage with C-suite level executives and key technical decision-makers.

Role Details:

  • Permanent
  • Up to £110,000 depending on experience
  • Remote - with ad hoc travel to London
