About the Role
Our client, a leading IT services provider, is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to join their Infrastructure Practice. This is a customer-facing role where you\’ll be working directly with enterprise clients to design, implement, and optimize their Active Directory and Windows Server environments.
As a trusted advisor, you\’ll help organizations:
- Modernize their identity and access management solutions
- Migrate and consolidate complex AD environments
- Enhance security through proper Group Policy implementation
- Design highly available Windows Server architectures
- Integrate on-premises AD with Azure cloud services
The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong consulting skills to deliver solutions that meet business requirements while maintaining security and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Active Directory infrastructures, including multi-domain and multi-forest environments
Develop and deploy Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security and configuration policies
Architect and deploy Windows Server solutions with a focus on high availability and scalability
Implement Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and Certificate Services (ADCS) for secure identity management
Provide technical consultancy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of best practices
Ensure seamless delivery of customer projects with a focus on quality and compliance
Essential Skills & Experience
3-5 years\’ experience in a consulting environment, designing and delivering infrastructure solutions
3+ years\’ deep expertise in Active Directory design, deployment, and migration
3+ years\’ experience in Azure integration with AD and Windows environments
Strong knowledge of Windows Server architecture, clustering, and virtualization
Experience with ADFS, ADCS, and identity management solutions
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills
Ability to lead small/medium engagements and work independently
Desirable Certifications
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or equivalent
