Permanent role in London. Salary up to £65k. 2 days per week onsite.

The role involves designing, implementing, and continuously improving the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) in line with ISO 22301 and industry best practice. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining BC policies and procedures, ensuring clear governance and accountability.
  • Leading Business Impact Analyses for critical systems and services.
  • Assessing recovery priorities, defining RTOs and RPOs, and aligning with the organisation's risk appetite.
  • Staying ahead of emerging threats, including those from AI-enabled systems and third-party dependencies.
  • Designing and delivering a structured testing framework, developing scenario-based exercises, and delivering Exercise-in-a-Box (EiaB) programmes.
  • Conducting post-exercise debriefs and improvement tracking.
