About the Client
An intermediary in the financial services industry that\’s become a leading provider of responsible asset facilitation services across a diverse range of products and instruments in both the primary and secondary markets.
About the Role:
A Product Support role, focussing primarily on a market-leading, Real Time trade and post-trade services platform which provides continuous coverage and enables clients worldwide to purchase from a responsible, diverse asset inventory via a secure, web-based portal for onward sale to their own clients and counterparties.
Key responsibilities include:
- To elicit, analyse and document business requirements for clients
- Support of development, testing and implementation of changes to the platform
- Support Clients On-Boarding and client testing requirements
- Providing application demos to clients
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong analytical skills (Business Analysis background preferred)
- Ability to relay requirements and interact with developers
- Knowledge of the SDLC and experience of managing testing processes
- Strong understanding/support/testing of APIs
- Degree in technical, computer science or information technology (desirable)
- Previous experience of client interaction/onboarding in a support environment would be beneficial.
