We are hiring a Scrum Master on behalf of a fast-growing IT consulting firm to join their growing internal product development (IP) team, supporting Agile delivery across software engineering teams. This role focuses on enabling effective ways of working, improving delivery performance, and ensuring strong collaboration across Product, Design, and Engineering. You will bring strong Agile experience within software product environments, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Exposure to AI or recent training in the field would be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Support teams in maintaining structured and efficient workflows
- Monitor and improve delivery performance using metrics such as velocity and cycle time
- Identify and remove blockers to ensure smooth delivery
- Drive continuous improvement across team processes and ways of working
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design to ensure alignment throughout delivery
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or similar Agile delivery role within software environments
- Essential: Experience working within a software product company or team, with end-to-end product lifecycle exposure
- Desirable: Strong knowledge of AI or recent training/experience in AI-related practices
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience working with delivery metrics to improve team performance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Ability to work across multiple teams and adapt processes to team needs
