This is an exciting opportunity to work in a product-aligned delivery model, partnering closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering teams. You’ll take ownership of backlog and requirement quality for a defined platform or product, ensuring teams have the clarity and context they need to build the right solutions. You’ll also be encouraged to use modern, AI-assisted tools to improve analysis, documentation, and validation—helping evolve how requirements are defined and delivered across teams.

The Role:

  • Work with stakeholders to understand business problems, user needs, and desired outcomes
  • Translate ideas into clear, structured requirements including user stories, epics, and process flows with testable acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to refine and prioritise the product backlog
  • Partner with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure shared understanding of requirements and user journeys
  • Actively contribute to agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, refinement, and reviews
  • Own requirements quality through to delivery validation, ensuring alignment with business intent
  • Support QA by defining test scenarios and ensuring appropriate test coverage
  • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including scenario definition and stakeholder engagement
  • Validate delivered features, identifying gaps, risks, and edge cases early
  • Support go/no-go decisions with clear insight into delivery readiness
  • Use AI tools to support analysis, documentation, and validation activities
  • Contribute to improving standards, consistency, and ways of working across teams

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a software development or product-led environment
  • Strong understanding of agile delivery and the full software development lifecycle
  • Ability to translate complex or ambiguous requirements into clear, structured, and testable outcomes
  • Hands-on experience working with developers, QA, and designers in cross-functional teams
  • Strong background in testing support, UAT, and validation activities
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, engaging confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences
